تصميم التدريب
هي تحديد المواصفات والمكونات المختلفة للعمل التدريبي بما يجعله قادراً عند تنفيذه على تحقيق الاحتياجات التدريبية، أي إرضاء العميل وتحقيق أهداف الجودة الشاملة. وتتخذ عملية التصميم منهجاً تتابعياً حيث تبدأ كل مرحلة من مراحلها المختلفة بمدخلات هي مخرجات المرحلة السابقة، ثم تتم عليها أنشطة تنتهي بمخرجات جديدة، تصبح هي مدخلات المرحلة التالية وهكذا. ويكون مجموع مخرجات كل مراحل عملية التصميم هي المكونات الشاملة للطرح التدريبي الأكثر تناسباً مع احتياجات تدريبية محددة.
