أشكال تنظيم الموارد البشريه

يشيع استخدام هذا الشكل في المنظماتالكبيرة التي تتعدد فيها وحدات الأعمال, علاوة على تمتع إدارة الموارد البشريةبجميع الأدوار الاستراتيجية والاستثمارية والإدارية التشغيلية ذات الطبيعةالتنفيذية .
وفي هذا النوع من المنظمات ترتبط إدارة الموارد البشرية بالإدارةالعليا من خلال نائب الرئيس للموارد البشرية ، الذي ترتبط فيه بالمستوى الأدنىمجموعة من الأقسام هي :
1 ـ قسم التوظيف : فمهمة هذا القسم ليس اتخاذ قرارالتوظيف وإنما تنسيق الجهود مع الإدارة العليا للموارد البشرية التي بدورها تحاولالإدارة العليا في نوع الموارد البشرية المطلوبة وضع المرشحين لأشغال الوظائفالشاغرة , علاوة على ذلك فإن هذا القسم يجمع المعلومات من الأقسام الوظيفية الأخرىفي المنظمة وبالتالي يحدد إجراءات التوظيف التي يعتمدها .
2 ـ قسم التدريب والتطوير : يركز هذا القسم على النشاطات المتعلقة بنقل المهارات للعاملين , أوتطوير المهارات القائمة لغرض إعداد الفرد لموقع إدارية على فبعد تحديد الاحتياجاتالتدريبية من قبل إدارة الموارد البشرية وبالتشاور مع الإدارة فيما تبدأ أعمالالقسم في اختيار أسلوب التدريب المناسب.
