تمرين نقطة الجاموت 9

إن الهدف من تمرين نقطة الجاموت (9) هو تحسين توازن الدماغ، ويتم هذا عن طريق إغلاق العيون، والدندنة والعد. هذه الأمور تحفز الدماغ وتتضمن نشاطات لكلا فصي الدماغ الأيمن والأيسر، ويتم عمل هذه الأمور خلال عملية الربت على نقطة الجاموت. وتوجد هذه النقطة على ظهر اليد (كلتا اليدين)، ولإيجاد هذه النقطة، ضع أحد أصابعك بين مفاصل إصبعي الخنصر والبنصر واضغط هناك ثم حركهما تجاه الرسغ، بعد نحو (1) سم من نقطة البداية ستشعر بفراغ قد يعلق إصبعك به. هذه هي نقطة الجاموت.

ولتطبيق تمرين نقطة الجاموت 9 يطلب من المستفيد أن يربت باستمرار على نقطة الجاموت ومن ثم تطبيق نقاط التمرين التسعة، وهي:

1 - أغلق العينين
2 - افتح العينين
3 - العين للأسفل بشدة لليمين
4 - العينين للأسفل لليسار
5 - قم بتحريك العينين بدائرة باتجاه عقارب الساعة
6 - قم بتحريك العينين بدائرة بعكس اتجاه عقارب الساعة
7 - دندن لثانيتين أي لحن
8 - عد بسرعة إلى الخمسة
9 - دندن لثانيتين مرة أخرى


يمكن تنفيذ أي من الخطوات السابقة بأي ترتيب فيما عدا النقاط (7،8 و9 ) فيجب أن تحصل بهذا الترتيب؛ كما أن تنفيذ هذه النقاط بهذا الترتيب يعطي نتائج أفضل. وعند تنفيذ الخطوات من (3-6) يجب على المستفيد أن يبقي رأسه ثابتاً، وسيكون من الأسهل لو طلب الممارس من المستفيد أن يتبع حركة إصبعه بعينيه. بالنسبة للخطوتين 7 و 9، أي لحن سيفي بالغرض، ويكون من المطمئن للمستفيد لو قام الممارس أيضاً بالدندنة. غالباً ما يتم دندنة أغنية عيد الميلاد "سنة حلوة يا جميل" بما أنها أغنية معروفة للكل بلا استثناء. وإن كان المستفيد قد عانى من أعياد ميلاد غير سعيدة، عندها يستعاض عنها بأي أغنية أخرى.

لا يتم استخدام العبارة التذكيرية عند تطبيق تمرين نقطة الجاموت (9)، لكن إن كان دماغ المستفيد مشتت يمكن للممارس أن يذكر المشكلة مرة أو مرتين خلال التمرين.
