الفرق بين الموارد البشريه والشئون الاداريه

تختلف المهام الرئيسية المناطة بإدارة الموارد البشرية والشئون الإدارية من مؤسسة لأخرى ويرجع ذلك لأسباب عدة من بينها حجم النشاط وطبيعة عمل المؤسسة والفكر السائد لدى الإدارة العليا وغيرها، فبعض المؤسسات تفصل بين الوظائف التالية ( شئون الأفراد، الشئون الإدارية، التدريب ) ، حيث تجد في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الحجم تجمع فيما بينها تحت مسمى إدارة واحدة بينما في المؤسسات الكبيرة يتم تأسيس إدارة واحدة أو أكثر لكل وظيفة رئيسية بهدف التركيز في الأعمال المناطة بها وتقييم الأداء ، ويمكن القول أنه يتعين على كل مؤسسة تقديم جميع الوظائف الرئيسية بما يتناسب معها


وظائف الشئون الإدارية
- الخدمات المكتبية: الطباعة والتصوير، والمطبوعات، الملفات، الاشتراكات بالصحف والمجلات، والمكتبة.
- الاتصالات والنقل: البريد والمراسلين، الهاتف، الفاكس والبريد الإلكتروني، النقل، السفر.
- خدمات المرافق: المكاتب والإسكان، التأمين على الممتلكات، الأمن والسلامة، الصيانة والتنظيف، الكافتيريا.
- الرقابة على العهد الشخصية بحوزة الموظفين: تسليم واستلام العهد والجرد، وإخلاء الطرف.
- خدمات المشتريات: متابعة عملية الشراء، وتنفيذ الشراء، والإشراف على استلام وتسليم المشتريات إلى الجهة المعنية، والمطابقة.
- التنسيق مع مراكز التدريب: متابعة الاتصال، طلب مادة الدورة والسيرة الذاتية للمتدربين، تفاصيل الدورة، التكلفة وغيرها..............
