تختلف المهام الرئيسية المناطة بإدارة الموارد البشرية والشئون اﻹ‌دارية من مؤسسة ﻷ‌خرى ويرجع ذلك ﻷ‌سباب عدة
من بينها حجم النشاط وطبيعة عمل المؤسسة والفكر السائد لدى اﻹ‌دارة العليا وغيرها، فبعض المؤسسات تفصل بين الوظائف التالية ( شئون اﻷ‌فراد، الشئون اﻹ‌دارية، التدريب ) ، حيث تجد في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الحجم تجمع فيما بينها تحت مسمى إدارة واحدة بينما في المؤسسات الكبيرة يتم تأسيس إدارة واحدة أو أكثر لكل وظيفة رئيسية بهدف التركيز في اﻷ‌عمال المناطة بها وتقييم اﻷ‌داء ، ويمكن القول أنه يتعين على كل مؤسسة تقديم جميع الوظائف الرئيسية بما يتناسب معها*وظائف الشئون اﻹ‌دارية- الخدمات المكتبية: الطباعة والتصوير، والمطبوعات، الملفات، اﻻ‌شتراكات*بالصحف والمجﻼ‌ت، والمكتبة.- اﻻ‌تصاﻻ‌ت والنقل: البريد والمراسلين، الهاتف، الفاكس والبريد اﻹ‌لكتروني، النقل،*السفر.- خدمات المرافق: المكاتب واﻹ‌سكان، التأمين على الممتلكات، اﻷ‌من والسﻼ‌مة، الصيانة*والتنظيف، الكافتيريا.- الرقابة على العهد الشخصية بحوزة الموظفين: تسليم واستﻼ‌م العهد والجرد، وإخﻼ‌ء*الطرف.- خدمات المشتريات: متابعة عملية الشراء، وتنفيذ الشراء، واﻹ‌شراف على استﻼ‌م*وتسليم المشتريات إلى الجهة المعنية، والمطابقة.- التنسيق مع مراكز التدريب: متابعة اﻻ‌تصال، طلب مادة الدورة والسيرة الذاتية*للمتدربين، تفاصيل الدورة، التكلفة وغيرها..............[/[COLOR="RoyalBlue"][/COLOR]COLOR]
