4. تجنب المجادلات والصراعات والأوضاع السلبية .. والقضايا التي لاداعي لها ولاجدوى من الإنخراط فيها .

2.كل انسان له من تاريخ ماضية جميع الامكانات اللتي يحتاجها لانجاز تغيير حياته بشكل ايجابي، لاتفكر بمآسيك وفكر بآمالك وحاضرك ،اكتب قائمة في ماتحتوية نفسك من افكار ابداعية،مواهب ،همة متوقده، قلب كبير،، ستجد أنك تحمل الكثير والكثير ،،كل ماعليك هو التركيز على هذه المواهب ومحاولة توجيهها لتفكير ايجابي مستقبلي افضل.


4.تأكد بأن وراء كل سلوك نية ايجابية، لو دققت في ماتراة امرا سلبيا محضا وتأملتة جيدا ونظرت له من زواية ايجابية اخرى لوجدت انه نعمة ساقها الكريم اليك لترفع مقامك دنيا وآخرة ،،كل ماعليك هو ان تجتهد في توظيف الفكرة لصالحك
